It was WEPA’s first appearance at CMS after a break of around six years and we couldn’t have received a warmer welcome. In addition to presenting our two brands Satino and BlackSatino, we were delighted to be able to talk in person to and network with many representatives of various companies and organisations.
We are also especially proud of the positive feedback we received during the trade show days regarding our product innovation Satino PureSoft, our unique hygiene paper of the future, which boasts the soft attributes of hygiene paper while also making a huge difference to the environment and to tackling resource waste.
BlackSatino GreenGrow being nominated for the Purus Innovation Award was an extra special honour. This renowned award is presented every two years at CMS for outstanding innovations in the area of cleaning and hygiene. The Purus Innovation Award likewise celebrated an impressive comeback at CMS Berlin 2023 with a record 83 submissions in six different categories. We are incredibly proud to announce that our sister brand BlackSatino was able to fight off some strong competition to win the award in the Washroom Hygiene category with our raw material innovation GreenGrow.
Our trade show stand made a culinary impression too – our brand ambassador Christian Lohse treated our visitors to culinary delights on every day of the trade show and once again highlighted the topic of hygiene in the hospitality industry in particular.
CMS Berlin was a resounding success and once again confirmed that the hygiene sector is constantly evolving and that innovations and progress are crucial to guaranteeing health and safety for everyone.
